• $1300/ month Everything included + the cleaning lady which comes once every 3 weeks.
• The bathroom will be shared by you and one male roommate

• BBQ on the balcony
• No pets
• We have house rules.

There will be two males ( 29 @ 28 years old ) we both work full time. One of us works from home 3 - 4 times a week.
