About You: I’m a professional who works hybrid. I am outdoor enthusiasts with a dog who stay in the main floor. I am mainly out of the house for most of the week and weekends. I occupy the 2nd floor so this basement will not be shared. It’s your own private space.
What I’m looking for: *Mature and responsible *Must be employed *Must be okay with the dog *No pets *Not open to renting to families.
Rent: $1200 for a single and $1300 for a couple. Utilities: included in rent.
