We are looking for a student/professional working female who is quiet, responsible, respectful, and clean. Each person has her own private room, shares living room, kitchen and bathroom. Each room is $900 includes utilities, hydro/gas/hot water, washer and dryer, once a week (up to 2 loads) and internet wifi. There are stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, dishes and other utensils in the unit. The bedroom has a closet and is furnished with a bed, dresser, and a night table.
