It’s a short walk to the bus stop and SkyTrain stations, 6 min walk (400m)southbound to Rupert street for bus#27 to Joyce Collingwood station (5 min,6 stops). We are looking for full time students/professional working people who are quiet, responsible, respectful, and clean. Each person has her/his own private room, shares living room, kitchen and bathroom. Each room is $900 includes utilities, hydro/gas/hot water, washer and dryer, once a week (up to 2 loads) and internet wifi. There are stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and other utensils in the unit. It can be furnished with beds and other furniture.

No smoking/vaping/drugs, parties, pets, overnight guests and sublets please.
