Located in family oriented and quiet neighbourhood at North Rutland.

You will have your own furnished bedroom ( with a queen size bed, pillows, bed sheet, blanket, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, desk, chair, closet ) and a private bathroom ( with bathtub )

Share kitchen ( fully equipped ) , living room, laundry with just owners ( me, my husband and our 2 years old daughter ) and share same entrance with other housemates on the ground floor.

Important note: I have a Golden Retriever and an Alaskan Malamute are living with us ( they are in the last picture), so you must be a dog lover to stay here cause the dogs will be in & out of the suite quite often. They are very well behaved, friendly and respectful. Since we already have pets so no more pets allowed.

No partying, no smoking. One parking spot is available right in front of the house.

We are a small family with myself, my husband and a 2 years old daughter, since we are family oriented persons so we would like to rent the room to sombody/ a couple who are responsible, respectful and professional, especially have to love dogs cause we have 2 super friendly and well behaved dogs.
