About the room
Pictures to follow the complete move-out of the current occupant. The room should be cleared out and cleaned in the next couple of weeks and the cost of rent covers all utilities (water, heat, gas and electricity). I have two cats that are pretty well-behaved and absolutely love attention. The building has a gym and the option for both above ground and underground parking if needed.
Just off Jasper Avenue, the area is pretty easy to navigate with tons of grocery options, LRT bus services, biking trails, walking paths, nearby MacEwan Univesity and not far from The U of A, restaurants, parks, a golf course and a few decent bars nearby. The unit is south-facing and the view of the river is spectacular.

About the roomies
It’s just me and my two LGTBQ-friendly cats for now. I work from home and spend a lot of time in my room when I’m not working my second job. I love to cook and don’t mind sharing, plus I think I have pretty good taste in music.
