Avenue Henri-Julien

The properties is near many grocery stores, bars, and shops. There’s is two subways nearby Montroyal and Sherbrooke. The neighbourhood is really nice and our apartment is situated on the plateau. Our apartment has 5 bedroom 2 in the basement. The room I rent is on the top floor, we have 2 bathrooms 1 on the top floor and another in the basement. There is also a terrace.

During the rent you will live with 3 other guys who are currently studying in Concordia. They are serious but still like to party. They love playing Mario kart and sometimes smocking. They are French but lived in the United States so they speak English fluently.
