Hello! 👋 I am a 3rd year full-time UBCO student looking for a roommate. I have 1 bedroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite that is furnished. The basement suite located in the newer part of the Wilden Development.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and organized.

The suite is located about an 8 minute drive to the UBCO campus, 11 min drive to downtown Kelowna or 13 min drive to Okanagan College - Kelowna.

Rent would be $1100 this would include internet, cable and all other utilities except for hydro, we would split that. The suite is nicely furnished except the bedroom for rent, but arrangements can be made to furnish it. Street parking is available and unfortunately no pets.

The photos attached are of the suite, however I have redecorated and refurnished the space. The room for rent is shown in the photo with the futon and the office desk, it includes a built in closet as well.

I am a third year psychology student at UBCO. I’m a considerate and respectful roommate who values a harmonious living environment. I’m quiet and often out of the house, which allows for plenty of personal space. I believe in open communication and am always happy to lend a hand or share a chat when we’re around.
