Renting one furnished, spacious, cozy bedroom with a private bathroom and lots of natural light (I stay in the other bedroom).

The condo has a well-laid-out kitchen, free in-suite laundry, a new dishwasher, new flooring, paint, countertops, lighting, and accents.
The bedroom is for single occupancy; male and female roommates are welcome. It includes a double closet, TV, twin or queen bed (as per your choice), desk, chair, and a table, with a private bathroom just across from it.
Free parking, bicycle rack, pool, hot tub, tennis court, carwash, BBQ, and party room.
Excellent location for working professionals or students.
The bus stop is steps away (8 Interurban, 9 Royal Oak/UVic, 11 UVic/Tillicum).
8 min drive/11 min bus ride to downtown.
About the roomies
I stay in the other room. I hold three master’s degrees and work for the BC Public Service.
