We have recently purchased this property and are looking for tenant for the semi-basement room.

Tenant will have her private room furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk and curtains, a private half bathroom which is next to the room.

Other common areas like kitchen, living room, dinning and laundry room will be shared with the Landlord (Me & my wife)

The property is newly renovated. We are looking for a nice quiet, very clean, non-smoker & respectful female tenant. We do not want to rent any other room to make the house less crowded and comfortable for everyone.

This place is suited to many lifestyles including commuters, entrepreneurs, and others working from home, as well as hybrid workstyles. It is only a few steps away from a variety of shops, restaurants, and services.
