Single Occupancy only Looking for a clean and responsible female tenant to rent a private room with private bathroom in a semi furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The room is spacious and comes with a closet You’ll also have access to the shared living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

The apartment is pet-friendly, and I have small friendly dogs who love company.

Located in neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation( steps away from TTC subway and GO) shops, and restaurants. Grocery store, Walmart, Ikea, Costco and other stores are less than 10 minutes away by bus

There is also a parking available. The rent is 1500 plus utilities. The building has all kinds of amenities. (Gym, pool, Hot Tub, Sauna etc)
