Aysan's room

My name is Aisan, I’m originally from Iran but did grew up in Germany. I’m currently a student at BCIT and looking for a better job opportunity, thats why i need to bring a rommate to save on the rent. I have a clean and bright studio in Downtown (Denman Street) which I’m willing to share with a nice clean and friendly person. The Studio has a den next to the bathroom where I did put a bed which my roommate can use as i use the couch. We can also put a room devider in the living room to create more personal space. Everything can be shared, including kitchen stuff. I also have a cat (British shorthair), so I hope to find a cat friendly person. I have a nice, empathetic and warm personality which i hope to find in my future rommate as well, as we have to share the same space with each other.
