Furnished room to rent in an old Victorian home, located in a desirable neighbourhood called Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG). Includes a Queen-sized futon, dresser and desk. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer facilities, and parking if needed. The price includes heating and A/C. There is a large back deck during the warmer months and the house offers charm and comfort such a wood floors, and natural light. We are close to Concordia University’s Loyola campus and there are many buses to downtown close by. We are close to bike paths and commuter trains. There are pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stores, grocery stores, restaurants and dry cleaners near by.

I am an professional working woman and my roommate is another woman who works in the neighbourhood close in age. We are clean, respectful, and lead a fairly quiet life. This would be ideal for a student or another professional.
