Bus stop is one minute walk away from the house that goes directly to U of C, Superstore, Vivo recreation/sports centre, library, EMS, banks, restaurants and provides easy connection to downtown, Calgary airport, etc. Also just 2-minutes walk to biking, hiking, walk paths overlooking a beautiful view of a golf course.

No smoking including vaping and cannabis use, no pets, no drugs, no partying.
