Looking for a roommate (Dec 1, 2024!!) Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed near King West starting December 1, 2024 for a one year lease.
The room: I’ll be staying in the master bedroom! You’ll have a room with a closet and your own bathroom.
The building: Amenities include gym, lounges, courtyard, rooftop pool.
Location: Personally love this location and have been living here for years! There’s a Farm Boy right downstairs, next to the Well and it’s a bit removed from King West so it doesn’t get noisy at night. Super close to King and Bathurst streetcars.
Requirements: Credit check Proof of income Landlord reference

About the roomies
I’m 25, currently working in financial district. I work hybrid but primarily am wfh, looking for someone chill I can vibe with as a roomie while also respecting each other’s need for alone time. I lift weights, read, and game a lot in my free time and spend my time as home as down/chill time. 🙂
