Aurora Heights Drive

This is a shared lease rental agreement for a whole bungalow. Rent is split at 1/3 ($1,000) plus utilities. Utilities and internet are not included, but we have high-speed, low-latency, unlimited internet. Utilities typically average between $120-$150 per person per month.

There are two (2) other housemates in the property. One housemate lives downstairs in their own separate area. This listing is to share the upstairs with the other housemate. Upstairs includes two (2) bedrooms, one (1) office, a living/dining room, kitchen, and a full bathroom. Laundry is available downstairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with built-in appliances, while small countertop appliances are available for sharing with a respectful housemate. Note that some items will be removed by the departing housemate.

The office is shared; the corner desk will remain, but the other desk will be removed.

The available bedroom is large and will be unfurnished at move-in.

The full bathroom upstairs is shared, and some personal items will be removed upon move-in.

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars, but for convenience, it is recommended to limit parking to 3 cars.

The upstairs features Google Home, smart switches, and voice-operated dimmable lamps. The TV includes adaptive backlighting and a 5.1 surround sound system.

If you’re interested, we can arrange a call or video call to get to know each other. The accepted housemate will need to provide a key deposit, an employment letter, and take over the lease from the departing housemate. The landlord does not live in the house but is responsive and handles maintenance well.

Reason for vacancy: The current housemate is moving in with their girlfriend.

I will be your upstairs housemate. I am 26 years old (M), working as a project manager in building mechanical engineering, specializing in technical consulting, design, and sustainability. I occasionally host guests on weekends, who may stay over on the sleeper couches, but they are respectful. My hobbies include board games, DIY projects, bouldering, archery, cooking, and coffee. I also do my own car maintenance and home renovations.

The downstairs housemate is 32 (F) and works as a creative prop and set designer.
