This property is a quaint family friendly condo style apartment, it’s two minutes away from two different bus stops, close to convenience stores, a fitness center, it has a beautiful park beside for walks or riding your bike, it is pedestrian friendly and the room itself is spacious, nice size closet space and your very own bathroom. The room is move-in ready. It is one of two bedrooms in the apartment. February rent is free as well since it’s already mid-way through the month. You could come earlier in the month is negotiable.

You would be taking over my lease as I’d be relocating, My current roommates are super chilled, organized and hardly ever at home as they work constantly.

No smoking or vaping allowed, no late night parties either
