Looking for a clean, responsible, and courteous person, preferably male, to share a quiet two-bedroom home suite with another male who is finishing up his studies.

The home is a short ~10-15 minute drive to Ridge Meadows Hospital, Eagle Ridge Hospital, Coquitlam Centre Mall, Rocky Point Park, Gold’s Gym, Douglas College Coquitlam campus, Port Coquitlam hiking trails, and the other near by golf courses, restaurants, businesses and establishments. Royal Columbian Hospital is ~ 20 minute drive. SFU Burnaby and SFU surrey are an ~ 25 minute drive.

The unit has a full kitchen, a full bathroom, in-suite laundry, wifi, storage space (not pictured), shared living room furnished with a sofa bed, desk and dining area, and other amenities.

The home is located near an elementary school so please no drugs, alcohol, smoking, or pets on or near the property (only light drinking is okay in the home and you can smoke cannabis or tobacco products, just not near the house or in the house PLEASE).

Must be willing to provide a credit report, proof of income, reference, tenancy insurance and meet with the property owner.
