This basement suite is newly renovated and is very modern with all amenities including in suite laundry. I have two well behaved cats, you are free to bring one small animal but will include an animal deposit. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you would prefer. It is a huge room, very spacious. The suite is all furnished, including dishes, pots, pans, all cooking utensils and anything really you need. Just need to purchase your own groceries.
