Looking for a responsible and tidy roommate (or two) to share my 3-bedroom townhouse. Rent is $1000 + utilities. The location is a short walk from downtown and an easy bike ride to the college or the hospital. The shared spaces in the house are fully furnished and equipped. Furnished bedroom and bathroom are on a separate level. There is a cat who is very friendly and likes hanging out with people.

Preference is for a student and/or working professional. The lease would be for 4 months minimum starting January 1st, but I am flexible with start dates and longer leases.
