Bedroom comes with a TV, closet, double bed, mattress, large study table with storage, and drawers under the bed. Kitchen and the rest of the house is fully stocked with essentials so you won’t have to buy anything. There is also an in-apartment washer and dryer.

Amenties: 24h security/front desk, game room (pool table, arcade games, fusbal), gym, yoga room, cinema (can be rented out for free), study room with wifi, rooftop patio, business lounge, & Parking.

• Multiple food options right outside(restaurants, fast food, coffee)
• Close to groceries: Loblaws is across the street and Farm Boy/lcbo is a 7min walk.
• Theres a bus stop right outside the apartment and multiple more across the street or less than a 5min walk
• If you go to Western University it is walking distance and there is a free shuttle that can take you to class

** Room is available starting Janurary 2025, I am flexible with duration. Current lease is still August 2025 but you can renew it for another year and a discount will be provided. I moved out of London which is the reason Im seeking someone to take over my room.

Your roommate will be staying in the other bedroom. She is 21 years old from London, ON and is a 3rd year student at Western University. She is very friendly, social and loves to spend time with her friends while also being very dedicated to her studies.
