Catrina's room

Our house is in Fort Richmond and is a 5min drive/20min walk away from the University of Manitoba, so it’s super convenient for students! The closest bus stop is a quick 8min walk away, the neighbourhood is safe, and all of our neighbours are friendly.

The house itself is 4 bed, 2 1/2 bathrooms, has a large backyard, and a long driveway for parking/there is street parking.

• Absurd amount and variety of kitchen appliances

The living room, basement, kitchen, and dining room are fully furnished. However, each roommate is in charge of furnishing their own room.

We are four University students (all 22 year old girls) that love trashy reality tv, Taylor Swift, and coffee. We keep the house tidy and enjoy cooking suppers for each other.

One roommate is graduating in December and has decided to move back home to save money for grad school, and I am spending a semester abroad from January - the end of May. Our other two roommates are looking for roommates to fill the other two rooms!
