Looking for cool a roommate to share my 2 bed, 2 bath, apartment with.

The room: Unfurnished. The 10x12 bedroom has a large double sliding mirror-door closet with a great 4’x4’ window that opens, and an adjacent bathroom that would be privately yours. White walls, modern hardwood (photo shown is out of date before renovations, now it has light grey hardwood) unfurnished.

The apartment: The unit is on the 20th floor, with all glass along the exterior walls letting the great city view in; there are even partial ocean views. I have furnished the main space completely. The house is also integrated with multiple smart features like door locks, lighting, audio, A/C, and multimedia. The building is concrete, and insulated against sound very well, like music or tv. There is also a large 14x8 patio. Gas heat is included.

*100 meters from the sea wall, 2 minute walk from the train. Food options, Starbucks, and groceries on the same block. 5 min walk from T&T, Cineplex, Gastown, and more.

The kitchen has all new appliances: Gas Stove and Oven, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, Microwave etc. I have all the kitchen gadgets and tools we share. In unit washer and dryer.

You: Gender is not important. Ideally regularly employed, likes dogs, respectful of others and their belongings, tidy (but hopefully not too extreme haha), social would be a big plus. My current roommate and I do pretty much everything together, so ideally I’d like to find someone that I hit it off with that makes sharing the space enjoyable.

I live in the unit with my mini dachshund, so you must like dogs and understand that he’s an active member of the home. Super friendly little guy, generally quite well behaved, very minimal shedding, loves to cuddle.
