Alexander's room

The condo to be shared has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one storage room and an open kitchen / living room. It will be unfurnished. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The rent for the room is 700 CAD including heat and water. Electricity was about 30 CAD per Person in the old constellation. My former flatmate and I agreed on using our mobile data for internet access, so currently there is no Wi-Fi, but this can be changed.

In the past, I have always lived in a shared flat in different constellations with different genders and enjoyed it a lot. For the last two years I was living with females in a 2 bedroom shared flat and we got along very nicely! I am not smoking, tidy, easy going and I do respect privacy. I enjoy communication, cooking and living together. An open and honest communication is key! Most of the time my door will be open, ready for interaction! I love music and like to listen to it. When contacting me, let me know what cartoon character is standing on the corner of the table in the room, so I know you have actually red my text :D Outside the university I like cycling, hiking, and singing. Also, meeting or going out with friends!
