Alexander's room

Hey :) The condo to be shared is located in a quiet neighborhood, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one storage room and an open kitchen / living room. It also has a balcony that can be accessed from the living room. The room will not be furnished. Rent for the room is 700 CAD including heat and water. Electricity is about 20-30 CAD per Person in the current constellation. My former flatmate and I agreed on using our mobile data for internet access, so currently there is no Wi-Fi, but this can be changed.

I am from Germany and moved to Canada last August to start my PhD at the UofA. In the past, I have always lived in a shared flat in different constellations with different genders and enjoyed it a lot. For the last three years I was sharing flats with females and we got along very nicely! (Note: not interested in Dating) I am not smoking, tidy, easy going and I do respect privacy. I enjoy communication, cooking and living together. An open and honest communication is key! Most of the time my door will be open, ready for interaction! I love music and like to listen to it. When contacting me, let me know what cartoon character is standing on the corner of the table in the room, so I know you have actually red my text :D Outside the university I like cycling, hiking, and singing. Also, meeting or going out with friends!
