The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair and nightstand, the bed has drawers underneath for storage, full size closet as well. Perfect for a student! Shared kitchen and laundry. Basement storage space available. This is a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to major amenities for convenience. There is a gas/convenience store right across the main road, a 3 minute walk away. Soon to be completed down the road is a grocery store, Starbucks, pharmacy etc. about a 12 minute walk away. Small park with a pond about 5 minutes walk away. Close enough to Currents of Windermere for shopping and services. Homeowner does a grocery delivery 2x a month for heavier items, if you’d like to join in on that you’re welcome to.

I’m a 30+ woman working in healthcare full-time, doing a job I love. I do a lot of reading and crafting, including crochet and cross stitch, along with whichever project catches my attention at the time. I run a small art business from home as well. I love good food and cooking, finding a new and exciting restaurant, board games, travelling, and gathering with friends. I have two dogs, both corgis, who have much love and fur to share. They love people and will line up for scratches, but are not great with other animals. Therefore, as much as I’d love to meet your furry friend, this is not a pet friendly rental. I like to keep things clean, and I value someone who also enjoys a clean space, but am not too worried if clutter exists. A cleaning schedule or rotation will likely be implemented to make sure we’re on the same page.
