Lease takeover for a 454 sqft unit in “The Bridge”
Available November 1, but this date is negotiable. Original lease ends May 31, 2025, with the possibility of extending with the property management. Bc Security deposit is $1000 and there is no fee for a lease transfer! Application needs to be done through “The Bridge” website, and my property and lease managers are aware of the possibility of a lease takeover already.
$1705 with no utilities included. Electricity has been an average of $100/mo and water is an average of $30/mo but I never turn my lights and AC off to keep it cozy for my pup.
The building is pet friendly with a dog run and a 12th floor rooftop lounge with soundproof offices and boardrooms available. There is also a park right beside the building, an Anytime Fitness connected to the building, as well as a 5Vines liquor store and a Good Earth Coffeehouse. 3 minute walk from the Bridgeland Transit Station, 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Tom Campbell park (off leash dog park), 5 minute drive to Downtown Core, 12 minute drive to U of C, 13 minute drive to MRU, and 15 minute drive to YYC airport. Lots of street parking available.
I love this building and you would too! The only reason I am looking to relocate is to be closer to work so I can have more time with my pupper!
