RENTAL TERMS: Will be signing a rental agreement with the owner. Monthly rent is to be paid on the last day of the month.

NOTES: I work in skilled trades, I leave early and return late. I am seeking a housemate who is very mature, stable, independent and will take pride and valve living in the house. It’s a beautiful older 3 bedroom home with hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, a hugh fence in backyard with a bbq, fire pit, outdoor movie projector. A large front porch with a hammock. Friendly neighbors. There is a lot of street parking available. Unfinished basement that in January will have a second bathroom. I have a small almost one year Frenchie who is the property security guard and always wondering what you are doing. During his time off he loves the snuggles and to show you what he can do. On occasion, his brother has an overnight visit from time to time. I don’t mind you having friends or their partner sleepover as long as they are not their full-time.

With the right person, I am very open to having cats and dogs join the house. As long as the person kepts the space as clean as I do.

the ideal person for this room would be someone who respects privacy and values boundaries, open communication, kindness, and cleanliness. Would have to agree to do things like keep a weekly cleaning schedule, pitch in equally for cleaning supplies, take turns grabbing things, and to make sure we both feel safe and secure in our home. Otherwise, the best way to describe the house is chill/laid back/friendly. Def want to make the space as safe and warm for everyone as possible and are looking for someone with similar views on making that work. I will be upgrading light fixture, wall colours and textures. Bathroom Reno (weekend job in Jan 25) and next year windows. The house is Queer and 420.

I am open to renting to mature male or female. This isn’t a party house, I am in my young 40’s, I would consider renting to partners (with additional cost as there are two)

I am only available for showing after 5:30pm due to my work schedule this month and on weekends.
