Furnished room available for rent in the start of November possibility for longer. In a nice spot just south of Main Street! No couples No pets.

For $950 a month, and that includes all bills like Internet, AC/Heat, Water, and Hydro. We also have a washer/dryer in house. 2 refrigerators and dishwasher with a good size kitchen space. And yes that is a pool table on the back deck!

The bus stop is just outside with 3 bus taking you downtown, to Marine Drive, and beyond. The 49 is a quick 5-minute stroll, and the Langara-49th Avenue SkyTrain Station is close by for even more convenience.

Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find local fresh food and clothing markets, liquor stores, and restaurants.

You’ll be sharing this space with two females (Canadian & Ukrainian) in their mid to late 20s. We’re a social, easy-going bunch who love cooking together, hosting, playing games, watching films, and enjoying our social areas in the home (which there are lots of!).
