It’s a 12x12 ft room with 2 closets in a shared co-living space, but a tenant would have access to the whole place of course, and I don’t mind making changes to suit. It’s a shared kitchen and bathroom. I keep things tidy. :)

I’m Rob, 52 (I’ve been single 7 years and plan to remain so, I’m not a worry), a computer geek who follows tech, science and politics. I like gaming, watching films, and reading. Very easy going, I cook and clean, not looking for anyone to do anything except tidy after themselves and respect that it’s a shared space.

I have an indoor underground parking spot available. 37 ft balcony. Shared condo laundry here, about $4 a load. There’s a grocery and pharmacy and more about 3 blocks away, and Johnson’s Beach is about 4 blocks away. It’s a 10 minute bus ride from in front of the condo to Georgian College/RVH, and 10 minutes the other way to downtown, and the bus even goes to Georgian Mall and Park Place with no need to transfer.

(I put “2 beds 1 bath” because it’s a 2-bedroom condo suite… only 1 bedroom is for rent, as shown, I’m in the other, and my place isn’t big enough for 3 people really.)
