2 mins walk to York university and Seneca college, 4 mins walk to bus stop,in Leitch Ave, North York, very close to Walmart, Shoppers drugmart and such amenities. The room is single occupancy(No exceptions- kindly do not ask for shared). The room is furnished with a bedframe(no mattress), a table and chair. The rent is $1100, 1 year lease.

Rent includes water, electricity, 2 high speed internet and, weekly once / twice cleaning, monthly once deep cleaning on shared areas. There is a coin laundry in the house.

Strictly no smoking and no partying inside the house. No overnight stay without prior permission, but you can inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. No pets allowed, no exception.

Required- first and security and key deposits, students (student / course info required) or working professionals (proof of employment required) preferred. We are committed to provide a comfortable boarding with us!!

Private room, however, there are very friendly and clean housemates. Very quiet, ideal for students. Most of the housemates are York uni students.
