The apartment is located in a new condo with brand new amenities including party rooms, BBQ terrace, games room, gym, yoga and spin studio, and 24/7 concierge. There are delivery lockers for added security with packages.

The den is spacious and comes with a private washroom. You’ll also have access to in-suite laundry and a dishwasher. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Midtown with everything you need within walking distance. It’s just a 3-minute walk to Eglinton Subway Station. There’s a variety of restaurants, bars, and a mall nearby. The Den will be available from February 1st.

The room is already furnished, and all utilities are included (electricity, water, Wi-Fi). You’ll only pay your portion of the rent, as I cover everything else.

Rent is month-to-month. Before moving in, proof of income, credit check/score, and first and last month’s rent are required.

I’m an architect, working both on-site and remotely, and my lifestyle is organized but flexible, depending on my projects. I’m looking for a female roommate who is clean, young, and responsible. I don’t mind your schedule as long as the apartment stays peaceful.

I like the home to feel cozy, so it’s fine to play music. It would be best if you didn’t smoke and that shared spaces were kept tidy. No pets allowed.
