Newly renovated furnished one bedrooms in a basement on a quiet street near Ring Road in Churchill Downs. Bus stop just one minutes from the house. One furnished rooms in the basement are available for $700 for a single person (no couple). The other bedroom is occupied by another tenant. The kitchen, bathroom, large living room, and laundry are only shared between two bedrooms in the basement, with a separate entrance to a large fenced backyard: no smoking/vaping, loud partying or pets. Parking is available in the front driveway with electric plugins. Credit and ID checks are required to move in. 1-month equivalent damage deposit. Students and new immigrants are welcome.

I live in the upstairs suite with a separate entrance from the front. There is a large fenced yard in the back with a large sunroom. I work from home on the computer mostly and live with my nephew who is a student of U of R. We’re both introverts and prefer other tidy introverts. I have two friendly golden retrievers upstairs who are pretty quiet.
