Hello! We are two women in our mid 30s seeking a third roommate for a super cute place in Lowertown, just a block from the river!

The apartment has three bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom with washer and dryer, brand new kitchen with brand new appliances and a spacious living room!

The room for rent is small, but the cost reflects that! You can fit a queen size bed and dresser but it would definitely be more comfortable with a smaller size so that you have more space for furniture and such :)

The room also has a super cute old fireplace (not in use of course!) and also has a window.

There will be two cats living with us, so allergies to pets would not be suitable! At this moment, we aren’t accepting more pets to keep the kitties happy!

We are looking for November 1st or 15th or December 1st. (Our lease was signed for November 1st!)

Heat, water are included. We would split hydro and Internet!

750$ a month, first and last required :)
