Brent Wagner's room

Private room with separate bathroom that may be shared with another roomie as there are two rooms available. Street parking infront of the house. Back yard with covered area. Rooms available from Jan 15 to May 1. We have 3 small dogs so need to be a dog friendly person. No smokers please.

I am married and my wife is working out of town teaching. We have two daughters going to university in the States and we are renting out their rooms while they are gone. Could potentially be three of us here if both rooms rent out?? I am very clean and organized. I work in engineering from home so I don’t leave the property too much. I’m very respectful and easy going. Outside of work I play hockey and am a musician. It would be great if you were a drummer!
