Hiya, putting a room out for November 1st or a bit earlier:) I love love these roomies but I have been summoned to go live in a creative space that gives more room for me and my band to rehearse and therefore, am subletting this up for a year (Nov 2024- September 2025) with the option to renew. Lots of sunlight, gorgeous top floor, walls are thick (silence!) and there’s a full kitchen, bath and living room. $800 a month, looking for a they/she/her that fits this vibe. You would live with 2 she/hers in their mid 20s, one is an artsy/ sewing/creative, the other is a psych major that loves the outdoors and being active!
