Luna's room

Seeking respectful, quiet, tidy and clean roommate(s) for a comfortable, private, spacious home in Salmon Arm. You’ll have a private bedroom in my 5 bedroom home with three other roommates (and two cats that live upstairs). It is a 2 minute walk from a main bus stop, and is a 15 minute walk to Okanagan College.

This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms so it’s private and very quiet. 2 Single beds with mattress heater and all new bedding with many pillows of all kinds included. The mattresses are 5 months old, top quality, medium soft pillow tops. There is a chair, a bedside table, a closet, and a 5 drawer dresser in like new condition in the room. I also have a desk I can add. There’s a large window in the bedroom and fresh paint throughout. I’m also constantly upgrading and improving the home. The bedrooms have locking doors. This is a super safe neighbourhood and I have never had problems with any kind of crime here in 15 years.

The home has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchenette downstairs for warming food. It is equipped with a tea kettle and microwave, dishes, ice trays, mixing bowls, ample cupboards for storage- 12 cupboards downstairs plus a pantry upstairs.

The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with 4 burner stovetop, wall oven, airfryer, tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee press, teapot, all dishes, pots and pans, etc. Purified water and ice on fridge door. Two full sized fridges with freezers to share, one is upstairs one is downstairs.

Included is: laundry, wifi and utilities. Downstairs bathroom features a spa shower with four shower heads as well as a rainfall shower head. All utilities and internet included as well as Roku TV.

The house has central heat in cooler months and air conditioning in summer. In the basement I have a big blanket warmer with slippers and blankets for your comfort so you can turn it on and grab super warm blankets and slippers whenever you like. The upstairs living room overlooks a large garden full of blooming flowers and lush greenery.

This is a family home shared with the owner- me- and 2 other roommates, a couple who have been here long term. There is a living room and space to eat downstairs, and I use the one upstairs for myself and my family when they visit. It should be noted there is no parking in the driveway but there is a space on the road.

Rebate available for your 12th month should you stay a whole year.

The couple are in their twenties and both work full time. They’re quiet, very clean, and very respectful. I’m a full time working professional.
