This is a 2 bedroom basement suite with one private bedroom available for you. The rest of the living space is shared. It has a Samsung washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a separate furnace from upstairs. The bedroom is carpeted and has a closet. There is our own entrance at the side of the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a 7/11, DQ, etc. just a minute walk away. Grocery stores and other amenities are about a 20-30 minute walk away. Main bus routes are at the South Health Hospital which is a 30 minute walk or a short bus ride. Feel free to inquire with any other questions. My lease is until June 1st.
