I have a place in Liberty Village, it is a 2 bed 1 bath. My roommate is planning to move in with her bf, so we were thinking of subleasing her room starting Nov 1 but can probably accommodate earlier/later if needed. It’s a great condo building with a nice view and amazing amenities. $1650/month, preferably until June (flexible for now); unfurnished room but you can purchase my roomie’s bed for $150. I am a 24-year old female professional. I work from home but spend evenings and weekends at my boyfriend’s place a lot :) I am clean, respectful and pretty chill. I am okay with your friends being over occasionally but not a huge fan of big parties at our place.
