the apartment is a cozy space all around, i like to keep essential oil diffusers running at all times, just to keep vibes and relaxation at peak!

there’s is a washer/dryer in the unit, microwave, dishwasher - basically everything

i have the wifi in my name and the lease is also in my name, we can discuss a proper amount for utilities and wifi no problem!

the unit also has a balcony. i currently rent one underground parking space for $125 a month, if you have a car above ground parking is around $80 a month if that’s more your speed. if you don’t have a car, i’m always free to give a ride somewhere, times are hard i gotchu

the apartment also has a gym and basketball court, it’s 15 mins to WLU campus in waterloo and about 10 from doon campus conestoga.

i’m currently in my fourth year for geography at WLU. i honestly just hang out in the living room and do a lot of content creation on twitch and twitter. my boyfriend is usually around so, i’d be open to couples also living here!

i have furry roomies, i have 3 cats and a dog, they tend to stay in their own lane, my one cat, hercules, may want to cuddle but that’s totally up to you. my dog is extremely quiet and super clingy, he’s also very tiny so he stays out of the way.
