About the room
Looking to rent out one private bedroom in a newly built Townhouse near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Move in date would be starting November 1st.
House: One bedroom available on the second floor. You will have the bathroom to yourself besides sharing the shower in it. Rooms are brightly lit facing the south and they are furnished with a bed and table. We will be mainly sharing the kitchen and living/dining area, there is a new washer and dryer available for use. The third floor hosts a private rooftop deck, great for BBQ and getting sun and views.
Location: 10 min walk to the VMC Subway Station, near YRT/Viva transit, 407 and 400. Right beside an IKEA, near Walmart, Costco, Cineplex and many other restaurants and shops.
Price: $1150 per room, high-speed internet is included but we will be splitting utilities.
Parking: Parking is currently not available but you can message me for parking details.
About the roomies
You will live with me, my cat and one other roommate. Prefer working professionals or students. No smokers please.
