Great location within walking distance to most downtown spots. The room isn’t furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. It has two closets that separate the rooms, making them very soundproof from each other. I recently gave up the parking spot, but parking can be requested if needed. Laundry is in building and not included in rent. Move in is flex and available now if needed and the lease is up in May.

I’m a 23-year-old male working in IT. I do have a cat, though she probably won’t get along with other cats. Other than that, it’s just me. I rarely have guests over, don’t throw parties, and prefer to keep the place clean and tidy.
