Hi I’m Geethma , I have a beautiful 2 bed and den and 1 bath in Evanston calgary . It’s a newer building , there’s a gym in the main floor. It’s $900 all included. There’s lots of street parking or surface parking for additional $45. There’s a bus stop right in front of the building as well.
It’s close to groceries such as nofrills, fresco and Walmart.
