I’m Kaitlynne, a 27-year-old who is easy-going and values a clean and organized living space. I’m pretty laid-back and not easily bothered, and I believe communication is key to maintaining a healthy and comfortable living environment. Working together to respect each other’s needs is important to me.

I’m a night owl, so I’m often up late and tend to sleep in during the mornings. I work part-time as a server in the evenings, and in my free time, I enjoy playing video games, board games, watching TV, and listening to music. I also like to host friends occasionally, though I believe in being mindful of noise and boundaries.

I live with my 1-year-old cockapoo, Milo. His breed is hypoallergenic so he does not shed fur. He’s a shy but sweet dog who takes some time to warm up to new people, but once he’s comfortable, he’s the ultimate cuddle buddy.

You’ll also be sharing the space with my roommate, Leticia. She’s 31 years old and works in the office 9-5. Our schedules are pretty different, so the space is never too crowded.
