Housing Description: Starting from 11.1 Sublease for the master bedroom of a 2B2B unit on the 10th floor at 200 Frontier Path Pvt. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom. The unit has a washer and dryer. Downstairs, you’ll find Blair Train Station and bus stops, along with a cinema, Scotiabank, Walmart, Loblaws, and various restaurants like Tensushi. The apartment building is fully equipped with amenities such as a party room and a gym. Both male and female tenants are welcome. Pets are allowed, and smoking is permitted (as long as it’s not noticed by the building management or smoke detectors, ideally on the balcony). The unit has a dishwasher and oven. The living room is spacious enough to accommodate guests overnight on a temporary floor mattress.
