Tara's room

This room is extremely close to bus stops going both ways, to college/university, as well as City Hall, etc.

It is a reasonably sized room in a generally quiet, calm, lovely household, with pets and my older children 1 week on, 1 week off.

Non-drinking, non-smoking, easy-going household.

Quiet room, facing backyard. 1 bathroom, shared. Driveway parking. Large yard (unfenced) Furnished with queen sized bed. Extra storage space available.

Seeking quiet, easy-going, responsible tenant who doesn’t mind older children and pets.

Leaseholder is a female social worker/teacher and hiking/yoga enthusiast, with generally quiet hobbies including cooking, crafting and outdoor activities.

Roommates number 2 and 3 are only here 1 week on, 1 week off and they are very easy-going boys aged 10 and 14. Occasionally their friends visit, but they all play video games and have the basement to chillax in. The name of our household is mellow relaxation with a side of snacking.

We also have a bit of a menagerie, one small dog that comes back and forth with the boys, 2 cats, a fish and a terrarium with a snake in it in the basement, so must be okay with pets, as well as plants.
