One bedroom in a shared space with one other person (Female, 30s) on near Davenport/Ossington.

Price includes the room, Hydro, a private bathroom (I have my own upstairs) one parking spot, internet and laundry. The unit is protected by rent control.

Apartment is furnished, bedroom is unfurnished.

There’s a good amount of space in the main area, very nice for entertaining but we do need to be considerate of downstairs neighbours so not too much noise.

Laundry in the garage. New washer/dryer. Bike storage in garage as well.

No smoking.

Apartment includes one nice little cat, very friendly. Might be open to one other cat as long as it has lived with other cats successfully in the past.

Area is pretty nice - good TTC access, grocery stores, bars and restaurants up on St. Clair, park and library within a 5 minute walk.

One roommate, female in her 30s (and a nice little cat). I’m pretty quiet and happy to be friendly with my roommates, but also happy to have separate lives. The bedrooms are on two different floors so it’s pretty private from one another. I do have an office on the main floor that i use when I work from home sometimes.
