5 year old basement development. Own laundry, kitchenette, bedroom and dining room.
Only thing is it dose not have its own entry way. Other than that it’s a full suite. Stupid fast internet. Heaps of street parking out the front. Quiet neighborhood.
Mattress not included.
Weights and bike will be gone.
House has great AC and Heat.
I’m in the middle of getting all the stuff out of it. Desk can stay if you want.
Kitchen will be clean.
About the roomies
I’m a 36 y/o from New Zealand, bought this house 10 years ago. Basement was built for my dad to move into when he comes to Canada but that’s at least a year and a half away.
I’m a quiet business professional, work from home.
Not a smoker or a drinker or drugs.

Looking for a room mate as this house is too big for just myself. I also travel a lot for work so it would be good for someone to keep an eye on the house.
