The house is conveniently located right beside Lambrick Park and within walking distance to Gordon Head Recreation Center. There’s a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away, and it’s about a 7-minute drive to Uvic or a 15-minute bus ride to Uvic.
The price only includes internet. Utilities and electricity are shared

one girl is an elementary teacher, and the other girl is currently working in a hospital. This room is sharing bathroom with two girls.
there are two boys, they both are Uvic student, they live in the master bedroom with their own bathroom.
kitchen and living room is shared.
