Parking you would have to pay for a street permit (Only around $100 a year.) You get your own private large room (unfurnished). You also would get lots of storage space. There is a service dog and a pet cat that you would be sharing the common spaces with. (In case you have allergies.) Space is 1100 sq ft and the flooring is brand new. Bathroom and kitchen are spacious and shared with only 1 other person. Laundry is on site and shared with 4 other people. Move in date is flexible.

Neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Lots of walking paths to stroll on. 12 minutes walking from LRT station. 2 minute walk from Market mall. Right beside U of C.

You would be living with a 24 year old female. She has a cat and a service dog. She is very clean, respectful and friendly. She would have her own room and you would have yours. Only the common spaces would be shared between the two of you.

In another part of the house lives 2 brothers and one of their girlfriends. They are very friendly and respectful people. You would only have shared laundry with them. Which they do on Sundays. They have their own space and separate entrance.

The landlord is a very kind and understanding guy.
