$760 - Room in the Beaches

We’re looking for a new roommate for roughly 6 months. There may be a possibility to stay beyond 6 months but this isn’t certain at the moment.

The location is a very nice spot in the Beaches. We have a view of the lake from the living room and the available bedroom also has a small view of the lake.

We’re two minutes from Queen Street. There is a streetcar stop at the corner. The nearest grocery store is about a seven minute walk.

The available room is quite small and will only have a bedframe without a matress. We are happy to get rid of the frame for someone bringing their own frame and mattress. The room also has a closet with a shelf.

The photos show the room with our current roomamtes belongings. All of this will be gone aside from the bedframe. The frame can be flipped upside down bringing it lower to the floor.

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. We also have a laundry machine and a dryer in the basement.

The common area is reasonably sized; a living room, dining room and a small kitchen. We also have a good natured cat. We’re not looking for any additional pets.

One shelf on the fridge will be available, as well as cupboard space in the kitchen.

The room is $760 with all bills included. We’re also asking for first and last up front, available Nov. 1st.

It’s a household of 3 males of mixed ages- 20s, 30s, 40s. We’re looking for someone who will fit into the house well. It’s not a party house and we’d like someone that cleans up after themselves and helps out with chores around the house.
