The room available is a perfect space for students, convenient space for creatives, or work from home!

The rent is 600$ including bills. Co-tenant agreement will be for November 1st . Open ended lease. The area is amazing with lots of restaurants/shops on Notre Dame Ouest and is super close to the Lachine Canal !
